(December 2009 – Oakville - Milton, Ontario) For the month of December 2009, The Oakville,
Milton and District Real Estate Board *total sales transactions were 471, an increase of 53 per
cent over December 2008. This clear indication of another record month of activity at the Board is
confirmed when you register the 81 per cent of sales to listings ratio sold in the month of
December.
